SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 5-7 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. For International shipping please allow 7-21 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping address or payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3 business days. Out of stock items may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, we offer exchanges or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We accept exchanges for items in new condition within seven days of when you receive the item in the mail. We will exchange items: that have not been used and that are defective.

Please note: exchanges are accepted but only for the same item in question.
To make an exchange, please send us a note at info@removecosmetics.com outlining the issue(s) you have encountered. Once received, we will evaluate your claim. If we agree with your assertions, we will respond and request that you please return the item to our warehouse. We will provide you with all necessary information to do so in our response. However, you are solely responsible for the cost of exchanging the item at issue. if you would like to process an exchange, then please email the address above.
